I have conducted interviews for three user groups and here are few user frustrations I found.

  1. Delays in score updates: The biggest issue I face is that the app often fails to provide real-time score updates, causing me to miss key moments in the game.

  2. Slow loading times: The app takes too long to load, making it difficult to quickly access the information I need.

  3. Poor User Experience: The design of the app is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find the information I need.

  4. Unreliable notifications: The notifications I receive are often delayed or missing, causing me to miss important updates.

  5. Crashes and errors: The app crashes frequently, especially during periods of high traffic, causing me to miss important updates and affecting my overall experience.

  6. Limited coverage: The app only covers a limited number of leagues and tournaments, and doesn't provide the same level of coverage as some of the other cricket score apps.

  2. Complexity: The existing cluttered design raises concerns about the ease of use, particularly for less tech-savvy users.

  3. Notification Accuracy: Concerns about the accuracy and timeliness of notifications, which are critical for following the game.
